On Delegation:
When you delegate do you juggle, meaning you dole out things on the fly, without really thinking about or planning how you'll structure and assign tasks in a way that will benefit you, the delegatee, and the task; offload, meaning you "slough off" your plate some tasks, and you want somebody to pick them up; or dump, meaning you indiscriminately transfer a whole bunch of work, and then walk away and wash your hands of it? Well, what do you do? Really think about it. For more on delegation, check out my eWorkbook on Delegation.
