On Feedback:
Don't jump to conclusions.
As human beings, we judge others and jump to conclusions...and, depending on the frame of mind, the jump is not always to the "good" side. Though judging comes natural, we all need to be aware of our judging mind and stop. Only when we stop, and consider our judgments that lead to conclusions, can we possibly consider other options...such as assuming the best.
