Dear Lord,

I want to thank You today for my 5,902 day of my life, without You this would not have been possible. I ask You today to help all those who have been diagnosed with Edwards Syndrome, and any other disease for that matter. Help their families to be like the Mooney's, who were willing to do anything for their child. Help them to understand that God puts people on the Earth for a purpose, and that the child coming into their life can only bring more joy to their family. And also, help us to understand that every day is a new day, that every day we can make a difference, and that every day was given to us by You. Whether we live for 5,902 days, or we live for just 99, help us to touch the lives of someone else, even if we do it without saying a word. Amen.
