Today I decided that I'm going to spend my day in reflection of 2008. I want to congratulate myself on all the things that I did well and acknowledge those things that I could have done better. I'll look over the goals I wrote for 2008 and then I'll add, modify, and/or delete those that will serve me well for 2009.

Regardless of anything else that I do, I will focus on all the positives for 2008 since it is so easy to focus on the negative. I'm reminded of the quote that all the darkness of the world cannot hide the light of one single candle. In 2009, I hope you join me in brighting the world.
