On Coaching Misperceptions:

Coaching "takes a lot of time" and "is fixing a problem behavior" are both misperceptions of coaching. Even if it did take a lot of time, aren't people worth helping to improve and be at their best? And to address the second misperception, you have enough problems of your own to fix without even thinking you can fix someone else.
