"All people are motivated." True or False?

The answer just might surprise you. The answer is true. All people are motivated; it's just that some people are motivated differently than you.

If you want someone to be motivated to do something, your best bet is to consider why they might be motivated to do it. That's right. You need to think about that person. What are their needs? What are their desires? What makes them "tick?" If you can think about what you need done from their perspective, then you're on your way to figuring out how best to motivate them.
