Training Modules
Our modules are written for:
- New trainers.
- Experienced trainers who are new to the content.
- Non-trainers with train-the-trainer experience.
- Employees who are responsible for training other employees.
Our job is to make trainers look and feel knowledgeable and confident in the classroom! We offer modules in the following three areas or curricula:
Each Module was created to specifically provide a variety of robust Instructor and Participant Guides that:
- Are easy for trainers to facilitate.
- Engage participants in learning and applying the information identified as a strategic need within their organization.
Emphasis is on performance outcomes through the use of highly interactive activities, games, and simulations. The Participant Guides are excellent resources back on the job. Handouts, case studies, job aids, PowerPoints, wallet cards, and scenarios may be used to supplement the content.
Your Investment
All Modules include the Instructor/Facilitator Guide and Participant Guide. They may also include handouts, case studies, job aids, PowerPoints, wallet cards, and scenarios. The documents may be provided in Word and/or PowerPoint so that you may customize them to meet your needs.
Unlike other companies, you DO NOT need to take certification classes before you can purchase and use the material. We can help you train your trainers, but that is not a requirement for purchase. Once you purchase the material, it is yours to use as you wish throughout your organization, as many times as needed, by as many trainers as necessary.
So...say the Module you're interested in is $5,000.
If you have 150 participants, it would cost $33 per participant with no additional fees. Again, once you purchase a Module(s), it is yours to use as many times as needed!! 500 participants, $10 a participant, 1000 participants, $5 a participant. Your investment can be spread across your entire organization, as many times throughout the year as needed.
