Good Morning,

After my last "update," one of my clients graciously shared one of her personal training experiences using Training-Module.com’s Coaching module…

"Our managers and supervisors from the New Orleans area are enjoying the Coaching course.  This is the first course I’ve presented in more than 20 years where I had participants descend upon me with hugs and cheers.  You’ve done a great job with this subject.  I’ve slightly modified the delivery to maintain interaction, for example having someone read aloud very dramatically the list of benefits and then give prizes to anyone who can name five or more.  They loved it."

Also, Marta Brockmeyer, who has contributed several articles on my website, is offering a Successful Project Management class on November 5th.  Information is available at www.healthfoundation.org.

I’ve been working with a client to do some needs analysis to determine how to modify their training to make it more effective.  I’ve also completed a 2-day customized module for a client.  I look forward to working with another client to create a supervisory program.  And in the midst of all of it, I make sure to take care of me by attending In the Interest of Women (by Toyota) and NASAGA conferences.  Unfortunately, I will miss the GCASTD’s conference which conflicts with NASAGA.

For those who haven’t done so, please mark your calendar to attend the NASAGA (North America Simulation and Gaming Association) conference in Atlanta from October 9-13!  I hope to see you there.  Come meet new people, get great game ideas, and share a few laughs.  It will prove to be a "magical" experience.

Life is good.  Let’s relish every minute of it.
