May 2008 Newsletter
Good Morning,
Our May flowers are blooming. And, if you’re like me, you are gearing up for a fun-filled summer.
For the months of May and June, we are offering the Giving and Receiving Feedback module at a 20% discount. Act now and buy this module for only $4,200*. This half-day module is full of strong content and activities that appeal to the adult learner.
Our garden is growing. We’ve added the new Creating Effective Teams eWorkbook. Additionally, you may want to purchase the Value Cards that go along with the activity referred to in the eWorkbook, which will definitely make you think.
Have you checked out our latest blossoms – our AudioCasts?
You may purchase them separately or buy them in a bundle – even including the eWorkbook! Be on the lookout for the Coaching AudioCasts…they’re "germinating."
We’ve planted a few more articles on our website.
Before I "wander through my garden" too long, I just wanted to make you aware of my fabulous website designer – Brett Atkin. I love the work he does for me. It’s always timely and thorough…and I’m pretty "picky." Feel free to contact Brett to have him look at your website. He’ll provide feedback on what he sees that is good, could be improved, or other ideas you might want to consider…and he’ll be happy to provide this service without charge. See what he thinks about your website. And, if you need to update your existing website or create a new website, at least talk to Brett to see if he can exceed your needs and expectations as he has exceeded mine.
Have you checked out our blog lately? Like the May flowers…it’s an explosion of variety!
Mark your calendar now for the NASAGA conference! What is that, you ask? Well, it’s the North American Simulation and Gaming Association. It’s all about putting simulations and games into your training. The conference is October 15-18 in Indianapolis, IN. Go to www.nasaga.org and sign up to be a member (it’s free). Sign up, also, for the listserve and receive notices about the conferences and more. The theme this year is the Pit Stop for GAS (Games, Activities, and Simulations) – don’t you love it?! It is my favorite professional conference by far!
I’m always looking to connect with a varied mix of people, so if you haven’t done it yet, connect with me through LinkedIn, Plaxo, Facebook, Namyz, etc. Diversity helps make all gardens more interesting.
May the rays of sunshine create prisms of magic throughout your life,

* Giving and Receiving Feedback: In other words, for $4,200, if you have 150 participants, it would cost $28 per participant. You can do your own calculations to determine the actual price per participant for your needs: 250 participants = $17 each; 500 participants = $8.40 each. This investment includes the Instructor/Facilitator Guide and Participant Guide, as well as handouts, self-assessments, job aids, wallet cards, and scenarios. The documents are provided in Word so that you may customize them to meet your needs. Once you purchase the material, it is yours to use as you wish throughout your organization, as many times as needed, by as many trainers as necessary.
