Customized Development

Training-Modules.com, LLC creates customized seminars and modules specific to the clients’ needs. This allows clients to consistently use their organization’s terminology and emphasize those areas that are critical to the organization’s success.

We can work with subject matter experts within the organization to provide the content while we design the flow and provide ideas for interactive activities, games, and simulations. We can also use some of our generic modules and blend them with the client’s additional needs to create a unique program for our clients.

We work with our clients to create new seminars as well as enhance existing seminars that have been created in-house.

We also work with clients who have existing modules and seminars with little or no available documentation. These are revised, enhanced, and documented by adding more robust content, activities, games, and simulations.

  • Leadership
  • New Hire Orientations
  • Supervisor/Manager
  • Train-the-Trainer

We can customize our generic modules to meet the client’s organizational requirements. Recent business trends have necessitated half day, lunch and learn, and department-specific material development. We work with the client to look for ways to reinforce the application of the content in the workplace, yet we never sacrifice the necessary content to fit within the time constraints.
